Product description

Rivers JZ Outdoor Durability Polyester Series is a range of pure polyester powder coatings cured with TGIC for outdoor use. Exhibiting superior weathering resistance, this series serves as an environmentally responsible coating option. It is supplied in a comprehensive range of colors, gloss levels and decorative surface finishes, including gloss, semi-gloss, matte, sand texture and hammer tone effects.

Test Conditions

All chemical and physical properties shown are laboratory test results obtained under specific conditions (unless otherwise stated) and are provided for coating application reference only. Actual product performance shall be determined according to the final service environment.

Physical property testing：Based on 0.6 mm degreased cold-rolled steel panels

Chemical and durability testing： Based on Q-panel aluminum (A-36)

Corrosion resistance testing： Based on zinc phosphated panels or silane-pretreated Q-panel steel (R-36)
